With the huge victory in Massachusetts on January 18, we have to maintain the pressure!

Fellow Americans!  Time is short!  It is left to "We, the People," to
PUSH BACK UNTIL!

An Accommodation for We, the People, to have Regular, National Referendums

We, the people, have no Constitutional provision for participating in a national referendum.  If we, the people, do not like a law or want a law that is unpopular with Congress passed, we should have the right to do just that.  Without Congress getting in our way.  Many, if not most, states have this provision already.

Every two years, ten states, if they so wish, could place one issue on the Federal ballot.  That one issue could be a challenge to any law passed by Congress; defunding of any program; or passing a law Congress refuses to pass.

We call on Congress to pass into law a provision for regular, nation referendums.

We, the people, will push back until they do.
